Completed at the prestigious Riversails development overlooking the Serangoon Reservoir, this magnificent double-height penthouse exemplifies the pinnacle of bespoke luxury woodworking. The homeowner requested a highly integrated, warm minimalist layout utilizing rich natural grains. Our master carpenters built a soaring, dual-level library feature wall cladded in premium hand-pressed fluted Walnut veneer, featuring soft-glow warm LED cove channels with high-CRI rendering. In the master chamber, we installed a stunning walk-in dressing suite with premium Rift-cut White Oak drawer cabinetry under heavy-gauge black powder-coated steel tracking. Every timber core is constructed from premium moisture-resistant hardwood blockboards protecting against Singapore humidity.
