Project Story
In this Yishun condominium, the homeowner requested an absolute clutter-free layout that optimizes every square inch under tight structural parameters. We prefabricated a premium Oak veneered entertainment unit featuring sequential, continuous-grain linear drawers that align perfectly with the surrounding accent slats. By replacing swing-out cabinet doors with custom push-to-open Blum mechanical slides and embedding dimmable warm LED strips, the living space transforms seamlessly from an open layout to a clean private theatre. Natural wood finishes are sealed with non-toxic, anti-yellowing polyurethane coats to protect the cores from grease and airborne cooking vapor.
