Tampines Residence — Modern Tech Oasis

Project Story

In this high-floor Tampines HDB apartment, we merged warm organic minimalism with seamless lifestyle technology. The home welcome is defined by a massive, custom-fabricated white entryway block that integrates a beautiful arched seating recess with warm under-bench LED glow. Beside it, modern black-framed reeded glass custom architectural screens partition the lounge corridor. The media lounge centers around a majestic, full-length built-in low-profile TV console finished in custom-lacquered matte olive green, complete with integrated dual-strip blue/warm LED lines and a vertical professional support pole. In the open-plan dining space, we cladded premium dark olive green and white cabinetry under a magnificent, custom rustic antler chandelier. The study room features an 8ft seamless floating study desk topped with handleless drawer boxes and high-capacity overhead filing storage modules detailed with under-cabinet workspace illumination.
